Kingdom Lifestyle just means...

Living God's Way

Living God’s way means learning to see the world through His truth. It’s trusting that His design is good, His Word is true, and His best for you is better than anything the world can offer.

But it all starts in the heart. When you choose Jesus as Savior, you step into the life He created you to live. Every day after that is about walking with Him, staying close to His truth, and letting the Holy Spirit guide your steps.

Week 5 Lesson for "How to Live A Beautiful Life"

Let's Do This Together: pgs. 46-53

The enemy will always offer a counterfeit version of life—something that looks fun or freeing but leaves you empty. God’s way may ask for surrender, but it leads to what is real, whole, and lasting.

Here’s how you can begin:

  • Stay rooted in God’s Word.

  • Guard your heart against lies that don’t line up with Scripture.

  • Keep a faith timeline—look back at the ways God has been faithful to you.

Faith is the bridge that connects you to heaven’s way of living. Even when you don’t see it yet, believe that God is good and that His promises will come to pass.

Additional Notes & Thoughts: pg. 53

  • What is one area of your life where you need to surrender control to God?

  • How have you seen God’s faithfulness in the past? (Start your faith timeline here!)

  • What voices or influences do you need to guard your heart against this week

Mental Health Minute:

Week 5: Unload (pg. 85)

1. Start Here. Hebrews 11:6 ESV

Take a deep breath. Living God’s way starts with faith, believing He is real, He is good, and He has His best planned for you.

2. Things I'm Grateful For

Write down 3–5 things that remind you of God’s goodness in your life today. Big or small, gratitude shifts your focus back to Him.

3. Things to Work On Where do you notice yourself living more by the world’s way instead of God’s way? List one or two areas where you want to shift direction this week.

4. Things I'm Proud Of

Give yourself credit for moments where you chose faith, kindness, or courage. Recognize the ways you’re already walking closer with God.

5. Doodle Space

Draw a small timeline. Mark a moment when you saw God show up for you. Add a little symbol, like a heart or cross, for His faithfulness.

6. Things to Let Go Of

What lies, pressures, or habits are keeping you from living God’s best life for you? Write them down here, then picture placing them in God’s hands.

7. Prayers from the Heart

Write a prayer to surrender some of the things that hold you back and ask for faith to trust God.

Final Thoughts

Living God’s way isn’t about perfection—it’s about direction. Each day is another chance to live from His truth instead of the world’s lies.

Purity of heart opens the door. Faith helps you step onto the bridge. And surrender leads you into the beautiful life God has already prepared for you.

The Shift Into a Kingdom Lifestyle

“What if the life you’re living right now isn’t the life God designed for you at all—and the shift into a Kingdom lifestyle is the doorway into freedom you didn’t even know you were missing?”

Hey girls, welcome back to the Faithful Chicks Podcast. I’m so glad you’re here with me today. We’re stepping into Week 5 of How to Live a Beautiful Life, and our focus is on something really powerful—living God’s Best Life for you.

A Beautiful Life is not just being a good person or trying harder. It’s learning to live according to the ways of Heaven. It’s seeing what should—and what should not—be in your life. Faith isn’t just a ticket to heaven someday. It’s a whole new way to live and see the world today.

Let’s break this into sections so you can grab hold of each part.

SECTION 1: The Freedom of a Kingdom Lifestyle

Segment Hook:“You cannot walk in freedom if you keep living in what’s keeping you chained.”

Jesus said in John 8:32, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Every girl wants to feel free—free from comparison, free from stress, free from pressure, free from pretending. But here’s the part nobody tells you:Freedom comes from purity of heart.

Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”

Purity isn’t about perfection. It’s not about being the girl who never messes up.Purity is an undivided heart.

A heart that’s not split between God’s ways and the world’s ways.

A pure heart sees God everywhere—In your friendships. In answered prayer. In quiet moments when you feel Him near.In the way He leads your life.

But when your heart gets filled with things that don’t match His voice, it becomes harder to see Him, hear Him, or feel close to Him.

That distance? It’s real. And most girls don’t even realize it’s happening.

Let’s talk about how to keep your heart clear.

SECTION 2: Protecting Your Heart

Segment Hook:“What you allow into your heart will eventually shape what you accept in your life.”

Proverbs 4:23 says, “Above all else, guard your heart.”

Think about what you read…The music you listen to…The shows or TikToks you watch…

These things don’t seem spiritual at all, right? But their influence can go unnoticed.

A song can normalize toxic relationships.A show can make you feel like you need to look a certain way to matter.A TikTok trend can slowly shift your standards.

And then? You start accepting the same things in friendships or dating.

Here’s a practical example:If you constantly listen to breakup songs about guys who treat girls badly…You start believing that’s normal.

If you watch shows that glamorize chaos and drama…You start expecting chaos in your own life.

Protecting your heart doesn’t mean living in a bubble. It means being awake.Being aware.Being wise.

Ask yourself:“Is this pulling me closer to God—or pushing me away?”

Because every influence shapes something.

SECTION 3: The Power of Surrender

Segment Hook:“What if the thing you’re most afraid to surrender is the exact thing God wants to heal?”

Let’s be honest.Surrender sounds scary.

Most girls resist surrender because they’re afraid:“If I give God everything, I’ll lose control.”“If I surrender, maybe God will make me someone I’m not.”“If I let go, maybe things will get worse.”

But surrender isn’t losing yourself. It’s handing your heart to the One who made it.

When you surrender, God doesn’t erase who you are.He restores the broken parts. He reveals the real you—the version He designed before the world ever touched you.

Surrender is how the Holy Spirit shows you what’s not working.Places where darkness has been hiding.Patterns that are hurting you.Emotions you’ve been carrying that don’t belong to you.

Take a moment and celebrate something:If you pray—even a little…If you open your Bible—even occasionally…If you talk to God—even awkwardly…You are already surrendering more than you realize.

Those small steps?They matter.They count.They’re wins.

SECTION 4: Look for God at Work in Your Life

Segment Hook:“You can’t see where God is taking you until you recognize where He’s already been.”

This is where a Kingdom lifestyle becomes real.

Look back. Are there moments where you struggled, but it eventually turned out for good?

For me, when I was in elementary school, I struggled to learn to read.It felt embarrassing, frustrating, and completely overwhelming. But years later, I became a Title 1 teacher—helping kids who struggled just like I did.I understood them.I knew how to make reading fun so they wouldn’t feel defeated the way I once did.

See how God worked? The place where I struggled became the place He used me.

That’s why I love the idea of a “faith timeline.”Write down moments where God showed up.Prayers He answered.Ways He carried you.Things you’ve overcome.

When you see His faithfulness behind you, it becomes easier to trust Him in front of you.

FINAL SECTION: The Shift into a Kingdom Lifestyle

Segment Hook: “If you want to live a different life, you have to live from a different kingdom.”

Here’s the truth:

The enemy offers shortcuts that look fun fast but leave you empty later.God offers surrender that may feel hard now but leads you into what is real, whole, and lasting.

Living God’s way comes down to believing three things:

  1. God’s design is good.

  2. His Word is true.

  3. His best is better than anything the world offers.

So here’s your challenge this week:What is one small step you can take toward a Kingdom lifestyle?

• Spend time in the Word before grabbing your phone.• Write down one moment where God answered a prayer.• Stop and tell God, “I surrender this day to you.”

Girls, living a Kingdom lifestyle isn’t about perfection—it’s about direction.Every choice turns your heart either toward God or away from Him.

Let’s be the girls who turn toward Him.Let’s be the girls who guard our hearts, stay surrendered, and walk closely with Him.

Thank you for joining me today on the Faithful Chicks Podcast.Let’s walk this out together and live the beautiful, powerful Kingdom life God has called us to.
