We believe every teen girl deserves to know that she is deeply loved by God, created with purpose, and never beyond His reach. We believe women are called to work together in unity to share the light of Christ, encourage the next generation, and help young women grow in faith, hope, and purpose.
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts; that it was written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit; and that it has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Hi! I'm Kelly, founder of Chicks Ministry. I'm so glad you're here.
Almost 20 years ago, God gave me a dream to create a place where teen girls could discover just how deeply they are loved by Him. What began with a small group meeting in a local library has grown into a ministry that equips girls through Bible studies, mentoring, creative resources, and a community centered on Jesus.
Today, thousands of girls have been impacted by Chicks Ministry through Bible studies, mentoring relationships, books, podcasts, and biblical resources. My greatest joy is walking alongside teen girls as they discover what God's Word teaches and learn to recognize His presence and guidance in their everyday lives.
Rather than simply giving girls the answers, I encourage them to build a personal relationship with Jesus one decision at a time. God created each of us with the freedom to choose, and my hope is that every girl will learn to seek His wisdom, trust His voice, and willingly align her life with the purpose He has for her.
Whether a girl joins us at a local Bible study or discovers Chicks online, my desire is for her to have biblical encouragement wherever she is. That's why we created the free Chicks Ministry App—a place where girls can continue learning, growing, and walking with Jesus every day.

ABOUT CHICKS MINISTRY
Our Story
In 2010, Kelly Kirstein hosted the very first Chicks meeting at the Clarion Public Library. Twenty teen girls attended that first gathering, confirming what God had placed on her heart: girls were looking for a safe place to ask questions, build friendships, and grow in their faith.
As the ministry continued to grow, Chicks moved to a local church where hundreds of teen girls found encouragement, biblical teaching, and caring mentors. In 2021, Chicks Ministry opened the doors to its own ministry center at 121 5th Ave NW, Clarion, Iowa, creating a permanent home for Bible studies, mentoring, leadership development, and community outreach.
Today, Chicks Ministry serves teen girls through local Bible studies, published Bible studies and journals, online teaching, the Chicks Mentor Circle, podcasts, videos, and digital resources that reach girls, parents, and mentors far beyond Iowa.
Our mission is simple:
Chicks Ministry exists to help teen girls discover the life God created them for through a growing community of faith, biblical resources, and caring women who walk beside them.
Throughout every season of ministry, God has faithfully provided what was needed, from financial provision and volunteers to biblical resources and opportunities that continue to expand the ministry's reach. More importantly, He continues to transform lives. Through a relationship with Jesus Christ, teen girls discover hope, healing, purpose, and the confidence to become the women God created them to be.
