What is Unloading?
Unloading with Jesus is simply taking time to let go of the thoughts, feelings, and struggles you’ve been carrying by talking them over with Him.
Why Does Unloading Matter?
So why is unloading such a big deal? Because when you carry heavy thoughts, painful memories, or harsh words people have said to you, it doesn’t just sit quietly inside. If you don’t process it, those things can start shaping the way you see yourself and the world.

Pgs. 81-87

The goal is simple, but powerful: connect with Jesus and let it all out.
Your Unload page is a space where you can talk with God about what’s really going on inside your heart.
Don’t hold back. He already sees it all and He cares deeply.
Let this be your time to breathe, release, and receive His peace.

Get Started:
Turn on Your Favorite Worship Song or Worship Instrumental
Take a moment to relax and connect with Holy Spirit
Scripture
At the top of your page, read Hebrews 11:6 ESV out loud:
Take a moment to really let it sink into your heart.
If you want to memorize Hebrews 11:6, try writing it down, saying it before bed, or making it the lock screen on your phone!
2. Things I'm Grateful For
Gratitude shifts your heart and helps you see where God is already at work.
Fill this space with simple things you’re thankful for like your favorite song to the friend who checked on you this week.
3. Things to Work On
What’s been hard lately?
Where do you want to grow?
Be honest. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress and letting God be part of your transformation.
4. Things I'm Proud Of
Yes girl, this is where you celebrate you!
Write down the good choices, the growth moments, or even the things you did afraid. Jesus is proud of you too.
5. Doodle Space
This area is all yours.
Draw your week, sketch a cross or heart, or write a word that’s been on your mind.
Let your creativity flow and worship Jesus in your own style.
6. Things to Let Go Of
We all carry stuff that weighs us down regret, comparison, anxiety.
Jesus invites you to hand it over.
Write it here as a prayer of release.
Let it go and trust God to carry what you weren’t meant to hold.
7. Prayers from the Heart
Now that you’ve unloaded your heart, talk to God about it.
Write your prayers like a letter.
You can be real, raw, and honest.
Ask for His help, thank Him, or just tell Him how you’re feeling.
