Bring It Into Play
Speak Up. Do you have a friend who is going down the wrong path?
Your silence isn’t helping.
Don’t tell her what to do. Instead, ask if she is okay. Offer to pray for her. Help her recognize how she is hurting herself.
Too often we sit by and watch the people we love destroy themselves. Love her enough to say something. To let her know that you care.
The enemy wants you to remain silent, so he can continue to pull the person farther into the dark. Let the light and love inside of you fight for your friend.
Prayer
Lord, help me to have the courage to say something, when a friend is going in the wrong direction. I worry that she will get made at me, so it seems easier to say nothing. I know that it isn't loving to let someone destroy themselves. I should try to help. Please speak through me and give me the words to say to her. Thanks for helping me. I love you, In Jesus Name, Amen.
