Welcome! We are so glad you're here.

Whether you're beginning this study on your own, with a friend, or leading a small group of teen girls, you've taken an exciting first step. My prayer is that over the next seven weeks you'll come to know Jesus more personally, discover who He created you to be, and grow in confidence as you walk with Him.

This page is designed to help you get organized before you begin Week One. In just a few minutes, you'll know exactly what you need and where to find your free study resources.

Before You Begin

Take a few minutes to get everything ready before starting your first lesson.

✓ Get your copy of Just a Girl Who Loves Jesus.

✓ Grab your Bible and a journal.

✓ Download the Chicks Ministry App so you can easily access your weekly resources.

✓ Invite a friend to complete the study with you.

Beginning prepared will help you stay focused on what matters most: spending time with Jesus.

How the Study Works

Each week follows the same simple rhythm so you can focus on growing in your relationship with God.

  1. Read the weekly lesson in your Bible study.

  2. Watch the weekly teaching video for additional encouragement.

  3. Listen to the Faithful Chicks Podcast throughout the week.

  4. Spend time journaling through the reflection questions.

  5. Pray and ask God what He wants to teach you.

  6. If you're studying with others, meet together and discuss what you're learning.

There isn't a "right" way to complete this study. It's okay if you don't get it all done. Just do something. Allow yourself time to slow down, reflect, and let God speak to your heart.

Create Your Study Space

One of the best ways to build a consistent habit of spending time with God is to create a place where you enjoy meeting with Him.

It doesn't have to be fancy. Choose a comfortable chair, grab your favorite blanket, Bible, journal, and a pen. Put on quiet worship music if it helps you focus. Maybe bring along a cup of coffee, tea, or your favorite energy drink.

The goal isn't creating a perfect space. It's creating a place where you can slow down, hear God's voice, and enjoy spending time with Him.

If You're Leading a Group

Thank you for investing in the next generation. You may never fully know the impact your encouragement will have on a young woman's life.

A few simple tips for your first meeting:

  • Keep the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed.

  • Learn everyone's name.

  • Encourage girls to participate, but never force anyone to share.

  • Pray together at the end of each meeting.

  • Focus on building relationships as much as completing the lesson.

How to Get the Most Out of This Study

As you begin, I want to encourage you to approach each week with an open heart.

  • Be honest with God.

  • Ask questions as you read.

  • Write down what stands out to you.

  • Pray before each lesson.

  • Take one practical step to live out what you're learning.

Remember, God isn't simply interested in giving you more information. He wants to transform your heart as you walk with Him each day.

My prayer is that this Bible study helps you discover just how deeply Jesus loves you and encourages you to pursue a relationship with Him in your own unique way.

I'm honored to be part of your journey.
