Bring It Into Play

Your thoughts impact the way you see yourself.

If you tear yourself apart, you are hurting yourself. Ask Jesus for help.

Over time, the Holy Spirit can help you Understand the heart issue. He can Heal it. And then teach you to be KIND to yourself.

All you need to do is ask for help.

Action Step

What are some negative things you say to yourself? Where do you think those thoughts came from?

Pray. Ask the Holy Spirit to come into your negative feelings. To help you see yourself in a positive light.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father. I know that you are the one who designed me. Protect my thoughts. Bring Philippians 4:8 to mind, when I start to say unkind things to myself. Shift my thoughts to praise worthy things that honor you. Thank you for always loving me. In Jesus's Name, Amen.
