My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
Bring It Into Play
1. Read the bold print in Psalm 139 three times. What does it say about you?
You are each created different to fulfill God's plans, which were laid out before you took your first breath. You didn't just happen. God deliberately made you the way you are. In Psalm 139 what does it tell use you are supposed to do because you are fearfully and wonderfully made? Yep, Praise Him!
His design is your influence on the world.
The fact that a young woman snorts when she laughs might be just the quality God created to add laughter to her best friend's darkest day.
Action Step: Create a list of all the things that make you unique and thank God for the positive impact of each one. How can you use them to be a positive influence on people?

God, I am amazed by your ability to create such amazing and beautiful things in this world. Help me to see all the details in a butterflies wing and know that you did that. I confess that sometimes I tear myself down and focus on negative things. Help me to see myself the way you see me. Help me to feel good enough because I know that you created me for a purpose. Thank you for always loving me and being someone I can be completely honest with. I love you back, Father. In Jesus Name, Amen.
