Do you ever have days where your thoughts and words are harsh and even mean?
As soon as you recognize it, turn to God for help. Take a deep breath. Ask Holy Spirit to shed light on what’s happening in your heart. Then ask Him to clean out the junk and to heal your hurts.
You are accountable to partner with him as you move forward. If more harsh thoughts come keep asking for help. Fight back against it. You will be amazed at the power that lives inside you.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10
