What Does God Say About Us in Scripture?
Psalm 139:14 says we are Fearfully & Wonderfully Made!
1 Corinthians 6:19-29 reminds us that our body is a temple that belongs to God.
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
God. Sometimes people hurt my feelings. I know I shouldn't care what they say, but I still do. Protect my heart. I only want to know your thoughts about me. I want to see myself through your eyes. Stop me when I repeat the hurtful words over and over. I don't want to take them in as truth. Instead, I want your love to wash over me. Thanks for loving me. I love you back. In Jesus' Amazing Name, Amen.
