Bring It Into Play
Many People struggle with their worth. Let me help you see the world through Jesus' eyes.
God created you and chose this exact time in history to put you on Earth.
Your value was established before your first breath. You were not put here to just take up space. You were put here for a purpose that God designed just for you. Now live it out.
On the other hand, without God you find your value in accomplishing enough, having enough money or stuff, being skinny enough, talented enough. Somehow you end up feeling like your never enough.
Jesus says you're enough and you're valuable because God created you...His precious daughter.
Action Step: What are the areas of your life in which you don't feel good enough?
How would it change your thinking if you realized that God designed you to be the way you are?
Does it make you wonder why He gave you the gifts and talents you have? What did He want you to use them for?
Your intelligence was part of His plan. Maybe He didn't want you to be a rocket scientist. Or maybe He did. (Side note: Don't be lazy! You have to do your part with what you have been given.)
The way you look was designed to attract the person that is meant to be your husband. Kinda crazy, right?
DO THIS: Spend some time praying about this. Ask the Holy Spirit to understand that you were designed by God.
Prayer
Holy Spirit, I really need your help on this one. I cannot begin to take in that God created me the way I am for a reason. Sometimes it feels like I don't fit in at all. That no one understand me. Help me understand and remember that God created me the way I am, so He gets me. God you are just too big for me to even understand. I can't believe how much you love me. Thank you. In Jesus Name, Amen.
